To submit a listing, you must provide accurate and complete information about your business, including your business name, address, phone number, and category. You agree that you have the authority to submit the listing and that the information you provide is accurate and true. We reserve the right to review, edit, or reject any listing submission at our sole discretion. By submitting a listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the information and materials you provide in connection with your listing.

Disclaimers

AnchorageList.com does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content contained in the Directory. We do not endorse or recommend any business or service listed in the Directory, and we are not responsible for the quality or performance of any business or service listed. You acknowledge that any reliance on the information or content contained in the Directory is at your own risk. The Directory is provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law (Alaska)

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the arbitration to take place in Anchorage, Alaska.
