The 2025 PFD application period is January 1 – March 31. Apply at pfd.alaska.gov

✅ Basic Eligibility

  • Alaska resident for the full prior calendar year
  • Intent to remain in Alaska indefinitely
  • Not absent from Alaska for more than 180 days
  • No felony conviction during the year
  • Not incarcerated during the year
  • U.S. citizen, national, or qualified alien

  3. Complete the online application (~10 minutes)
  4. Submit by March 31
  5. Payment typically arrives in October
